*Approval of agenda at the discretion of the Chairman
1. Approval of vouchers.
2. Discussion/possible action regarding amending the 2009 budget to reflect the January 1, 20089 through December 31, 2009 Profit & Loss Statement out of the Quick Books so that the 2009 Budget, Quick Books and the Schedule C all match.
3. Discussion/possible action regarding resolution for carryover funds.
4. Discussion/possible action regarding road bids for 2010.
