1. Discussion/possible action regarding bonding for the Town Treasurer.
2. Discussion/possible action regarding Rick Clem’s UDC contract and fee structure.
3. Discussion/possible action regarding the Commercial Code Ordinance.
4. Discussion/possible action regarding the Community Building project.
5. Discussion/possible action regarding the Forest Fire Protection Grant the Fire Department received from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
Motion to adjourn to public participation items in compliance with the open meeting law; all comments must pertain to agenda items of what the Chairman considers town business.
Reconvene into open session.
