2. Discussion/possible action regarding roads, equipment and maintenance.

1. Discussion/possible action regarding Town Disaster Plan
2. Discussion/possible action regarding Election Board Officials for January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011.
3. Discussion/possible action regarding renewal of UDC contract with Rick Clem.
Adjourn to public participation items in compliance with the open meeting law; all comments must pertain to agenda items of what the Chairman considers town business.
Reconvene into open session.
Approval of vouchers.
Motion to go into closed session under SS19.85© considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance valuation of any public employee.
