*Motion to adjourn to public participation items in compliance with the open meeting law; all comments must pertain to agenda items of what the Chairman considers town business.
*Reconvene into open session.
*Approval of vouchers
*Motion to go into closed session under SS19.85© considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance valuation of any public employee.
