1. Discussion/possible action regarding the approval of the new agreement between the County and Municipality to comply with Responsible Unit duties under its Effective Recycling Program
2. Discussion/possible action regarding approval of trailer permit for Robert Wahlstom on his Tamarack Lake property.
3. Discussion/possible action regarding approval of temporary beer and wine license for Renee Melzer, Ambulance Secretary, for the Fire Dept’s spaghetti dinner November 20th.

Motion to adjourn to public participation items in compliance with the open meeting law; all comments must pertain to agenda items of what the Chairman considers town business.
