Minutes of the April 26, 2010 Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Sturgeon called the meeting to order at 9:34 AM. Those attending were Chairman Sturgeon, Supervisor Misiak, Supervisor Osfar, Clerk Allis, Deputy Clerk Eifert, Eric Turner and Steven Garbowicz.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to approve the agenda at the discretion of the Chairman. Supervisor Misiak seconded and the motion carried.
Chairman Sturgeon made a motion to go into closed session under SS19.85© considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance valuation of any public employee. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried. Roll call vote: Chairman Sturgeon, aye; Supervisor Osfar, aye; Supervisor Misiak, aye. Those attending closed session are: Chairman Sturgeon, Supervisor Osfar, Supervisor Misiak, Clerk Allis, Deputy Clerk Eifert, Eric Turner and Steven Garbowicz.
Supevisor Misiak made a motion to reconvene into open session. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried.
Supervisor Misiak made a motion to suspend Eric Turner for one week (April 26-30, 2010) and to re-evaluate on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 9:30 AM. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried.
Supervisor Misiak made a motion to adjourn. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:32 AM.
