December 29, 2010 Special Town Board Meeting Budget Approval
Minutes of the December 29, 2010 Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Sturgeon called the meeting to order at 10:07 AM. Those attending were Chairman Sturgeon, Supervisor Osfar, Clerk Allis and Sulo Wainio.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to approve the agenda at the discretion of the Chairman. Chairman Sturgeon seconded and the motion carried.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to approve the Resolution 2010-02 regarding the amending the budget to reflect the Schedule C and the end of the fiscal year 2010 Quick Books accounts. Chairman Sturgeon seconded and the motion carried.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to adjourn. Chairman Sturgeon seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:10 AM.
