December 31, 2008 Special Town Board Meeting
Minutes of the December 31, 2008 Special Town Board MeetingChairman Schmidt called the meeting to order at 9:17 AM. Those attending were Chairman Schmidt, Supervisor Williams, Supervisor Osfar, Clerk Allis and Larry Sturgeon.Supervisor Williams made a motion to approve the agenda at the discretion of the Chairman. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried.Chairman Schmidt made a motion to approve vouchers #21349 through #21404 for a total of $198,507.30. Supervisor Osfar seconded and the motion carried.Chairman Schmidt made a motion to amend the 2008 Budget to reflect the Quick Books, the spread sheet and Schedule C. Supervisor Williams seconded and the motion carried.The original carryover of budget funds was $274,039.19. After running everything through, the carryover came to $289,109.56. Chairman Schmidt made a motion for the carryover from the 2008 to the 2009 Budget will be $289,109.56 plus the interest from the Fire Department and the town accounts. Supervisor Williams seconded and the motion carried.Chairman Schmidt made a motion to adjourn. Supervisor Williams seconded and the motion carried.
