February 17, 2009 Special Board Meeting
Minutes of the February 17, 2009 Special Town Board MeetingChairman Schmidt called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Those attending were Chairman Schmidt, Supervisor Osfar and Clerk Allis. There were 18 people in the audience.Supervisor Osfar made a motion to approve the agenda at the discretion of the Chairman. Chairman Schmidt seconded and the motion carried.Chairman Schmidt discussed the new library plans. A question and answer session was held. Approximately 16 contractors were in the audience. Supervisor Osfar made a motion to adjourn. Chairman Schmidt seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.Respectfully submitted,Ruth AllisTown Clerk
