Minutes of the September 30, 2009 Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Sturgeon called the meeting to order at 9:25 AM. Those attending were Chairman Sturgeon, Supervisor Osfar, Supervisor Misiak, Clerk Allis and Rick Clem.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to approve the agenda at the discretion of the Chairman. Supervisor Misiak seconded and the motion carried.
Rick Clem presented the Town Board with a packet and summary of his job description, UDC Inspector for the Town of Winchester.
Chairman Sturgeon received a call from Jim White requesting a Board member meet with him and look over the portion of Harris Creek Lane and Village Point Lane that the Camp Mishike Shore Property Owners Association requested the town to maintain. It was decided that Chairman Sturgeon would meet with Jim White.
The Board continued working on the 2010 Budget.
Supervisor Osfar made a motion to adjourn. Supervisor Misiak seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:42 AM.
