Minutes January 16, 2012
Town of Winchester Planning Commission
Winchester Municipal Building
Present were Brian Logan, Nils Olsen, Roger Miller, Pat Wallace, Marjean Schuelke, Rick Clem
Meeting called to order at 7:00p by the Chairman.
Approval of the agenda: Motion by Nils, 2nd by Pat, passed
Approval of the minutes December 12, 2011: Motion by Marjean, 2nd by Nils, passed
1. Will continue to look for the box of bike trail info. It was felt that it may not be important since everything has changed.
2. Rick will check with Jim Janet to see if the county enforces our plan or if Winchester needs to writ an ordinance to invoke the land use plan. Rick will also get a copy of the County zoning regulations.
Comment on Lighting Ordinance. Town needs to lead by example and correct situation at the Recycle center and the bridge.
NOTE: All Town Supervisors present abstained from voting.
