Minutes June 21, 2010
Town of Winchester Planning Commission
Winchester Municipal Building
Present were Brian Logan, Nils Olson, Roger Miller, Pat Wallace, Karl Solberg, Rick Clem and Tom Misiak
Meeting called to order at by the Chairman.
Approval of the agenda: Motion by Nils, 2nd by Pat, passed
Approval of the minutes May 17, 2010: Motion by Karl, 2nd by Pat, passed
Roger made an announcement that Steve Steiner had passed away and that a new member is needed to replace him.
We then started to review the 2020 review done in 2004. Nils kindly chaired the meeting and we got the first part done. Karl had spoken with Northeast Regional Planning to get the demographic numbers. They are not the 2010 census numbers but will do until those numbers are available.
NOTE: All Town Supervisors abstained from voting.

Audience Participation: Rick had a question about driveway specs other than just off of the road. It was thought that the Town ordinance would prevail for the length even if the driveway is on a CTY road. Rick would also like to know the specs for trailer requirements for waste disposal vs. travel. It was felt that Vilas County requirement would prevail.
Next Planning Commission meeting set for July 19, 2010 at 7:00pm
