The Winchester Planning Commission will meet at 7:00pm on May 17, 2010 at the Winchester Town Hall.
Items on the agenda may be discussed in any order, at the discretion of the Chairman.
The proposed agenda is as follows:
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of the agenda.
3. Approval of the minutes of March 15, 2010
4. Discussion/possible action regarding Appointment of Chairman
5. Discussion/possible action regarding Prepare a summary for the Town Board a work plan that will be followed to revise and update the existing plan with the goal of submitting a proposed revision by March of 2011.
6. Correspondence
7. Audience comments.
8. Set date for next meeting.
9. Adjournment.

A QUORUM OF WINCHESTER TOWN SUPERVISORS COULD BE PRESENT AT THIS MEEETING
FOR THE GATHERING OF INFORMATION.
NOTE: Due to a lack of a quorum last months meeting was not held.
