Minutes SEPTEMBER 20, 2010
Town of Winchester Planning Commission
Winchester Municipal Building
Present were Nils Olson, Roger Miller, Dick Smith, Pat Wallace, Marjean Schuelke, Karl Solberg, Rick Clem, Phil Williams, Rob Schmidt
Meeting called to order at 7:00PM by the Chairman.
Approval of the agenda: Motion by Marjean, 2nd by Nils, passed
Approval of the minutes August 16, 2010: Motion by Karl, 2nd by Marjean, passed
1. Swore in the remaining members of the Planning Commission. Nils, Pat, Phil, Dick
2. Brief discussion regarding the Implementation report and Supplemental Chapter.
3. Reviewed chapter 13 and decided that we would leave as is, since the new DNR lake shore regulations will be in effect in about a 18 months. This will require a lot of changes.
4. Will ask Jan if she could assist on the plugging in of 2000 census numbers.
NOTE: All Town Supervisors present abstained from voting.
