Minutes of the December 5, 2011 Public Budget Hearing
Chairman Williams called the Public Budget Meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Those attending were Chairman Williams, Supervisor Misiak, Supervisor Clem, Clerk Allis and Treasurer Sell. There were 23 people in the audience.
The audience had copies of the 2012 Proposed Budget and the mill rate. The Board offered to answer any questions the audience had concerning the 2012 Proposed Budget. Questions were answered concerning road improvements, new truck, intergovernmental revenues, ambulance reserve, signs and concerns regarding the $35,303.75 not budgeted.
Chairman Williams reported the Town of Rothshold has made a bid to purchase the 2003 town truck for $44,000.00. The new town truck for Winchester is expected the middle of December. Chairman Williams stated the town crew did the showing of the 2003 truck.
Chairman Williams closed the Public Budget Hearing at 7:17 PM.

Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Town Electors
Chairman Williams called the Special Meeting of the Town Electors to order at 7:17 PM. Those attending were Chairman Williams, Supervisor Misiak, Supervisor Clem, Clerk Allis and Treasurer Sell. There were 23 people in the audience.
Chairman Williams called for a motion from the floor to approve the 2011 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes. Marjean Schuelke made the above motion to approve the 2011 Town Tax Levy. Jay Woolf seconded and the motion carried unanimously, no nays from the audience.
Chairman Williams made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ruth Allis seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM.
