Dog Licensing

License fees: $10 per non neutered/spayed dog or $5 for each neutered or spayed dog.

Contact the Winchester Town Hall at 715-686-2123 to obtain a license for your dog. You can also purchase when paying your property taxes in the Town of Winchester.

Wisconsin State Statutes mandate that the owner of a dog more than five months of age on January 1, or five months of age within this year, shall obtain a license prior to April 1 or on or before the date the dog becomes five months of age. A late fee of $5 per dog licensed after March 31st will be applied.
